Field Engineers

Responsibilities:


Work as part of the project team to manage and ensure the successful delivery of projects
Install and set up equipment at customer sites
Perform staging and acceptance tests on equipment
Provide training to customers on installed systems



Requirements:



The Candidate must:

Possess a Diploma in Electronics Engineering or Info-Communication Technology; professional qualifications in CCNA, MCSE, MCSA are an advantage
Have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in designing and implementing PABX/IP-telephony systems, with hands-on experience in Avaya/CISCO/Alcatel systems, Voice Logger and Contact Centre Solutions
Be able to work well under pressure and prioritise based on objectives
