Responsibilities:

Carry out engineering planning of the broadband access equipment consisting DSLAM & GPON for deployment to support the roll out of Broadband services in Singapore
Responsible and accountable for the active access equipment for the delivery of the broadband service and to ensure 100% TV broadband coverage for the roll out of IPTV services
Manage Capital Expenditure to be within the approved budget
Manage Equipment performance to ensure meeting network reliability target, including proposing mitigation plan and proposiing actions to meet the targe
Monitor Equipment capacity and to maintain the utilization at the set target, including equipment procurement process, monitoring spare-part stock, and initiate execution for new equipment installation, preparing installation document and to ensure timely provisioning to customer request
Coordinate with other departments in order to ensure network resources are ready in time to provide broadband services, including supporting, coordinating and facilitating all the necessary processes in place monitoring equipment performance availability and reliability for existing and new products & services

Requirements:

Degree of Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunication Engineering.
5 years working experience in telecommunication field
Familiar with Broadband Access Equipment products and systems, telecommunication fixed-Network topology and Outside Plant design.
Strong in computer literacy, database programming understanding will be an advantage
