Ad Description: Property Leasing Manager (Leasing and management)
Salary from $4000 to $6000
(Singapore - Pasir Panjang)



Responsibilities:


Tenancy and leasing administration
Preparation of tenancy agreement (TA)
Pre-termination inspection
Handing over inspection.
Update master tenancy list.
Site show round.
Work closely with appointed agent to market the units.
Obtain up to date marketing intelligence for comparison.
Liaising with lawyers for change in TA clause or insertion of new clause.
Analysis and evaluate tenant proposal and drawings.
Coordinate fitting out / renovation with new tenant and their turn key contractors.
Attend to tenant request and feedback.
Coordinate all periodic and adhoc maintenance for the complex.
Liaises with all relevant governing bodies and authorities
Provides feasible technical consultancy and propose solutions to customers
Ensure the normal day-to-day facilities operations and property management
Preferred to have managed commercial, Industry buildings

Requirements:


Must have Diploma or DegreeElectrical / M&E / Real Estate qualification


Will FSM certificate an advantages but not a criteria
Management of multi-user light industry building & liaison with tenants & contractors
Supervise a team of maintenance staff
Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in property management as well as real estate leasing management


5 working days 9 am to 6 pm
Location at Pasir Panjang


Salary from $4000 to $6000, commensurate with experiences
