Responsibilities :

Responsible for all forms of travel reservations and ticketing
Handle Corporate Clients
Able to handle basic customer enquiries and complaints by providing effective and efficient response and resolution.
Maintain high level of product knowledge in order to assist travelers in getting the best deals for their travel needs
Efficient service delivery to valued all customers with strong administrative and follow up skills.
Build strong client relationship and account management.
Prerequisites:

NITEC in Service Skills (Tourism) / GCE ?O? level with at least 2 years of working experience in local travel agency or Diploma in Tourism or Travel related studies
Experience with Global Distribution system in Abacus is a Must
Opportunity travel to overseas on familiarization trips as part of the enrichment of product knowledge
Bilingual in English & Mandarin is a must to deal with our customers
Intricate knowledge with Asean region is a plus
