Responsibilities:



Assist in drafting of newsletters, email blasts and other collaterals and materials relating to Star Pass Membership

Maintain the currency of website content (Star Pass portion)

Attend to enquiries pertaining to Star Pass Membership

Manage, supervise and train a pool of part-timers during member recruitment drive and operation of the SIS Star Lounge

Developing and maintaining contacts with SIS Star Pass vendors, partners, clients, patrons, sponsors etc

Update and maintain a CRM database

Disseminate CRM newsletters and email blasts to customer database

General market research and compilation of market intelligence and database

Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Marketing & Corporate Communications


Requirements:


A Degree in Mass Communications

At least 1-2 years’ Public Relations agency experience or journalist

Effective communication skills with third parties including clients, sponsors, partners, patrons etc.

Excellent writing skills

Willing to work irregular hours as and when required

Ability to manage a multiple of tasks at one time, with attention to details.
