Responsibilities:

Responsible to manage and lead the Global finance function including:

Financial accounting and management reporting to the headquarters

Budgeting, business decision involvement, custody and control

Improving and streamlining work processes

Risk management

Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations

Manage implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

Daily reconciliations for all countries AU, NZ, USA, SIN

Management of bank requirements for all countries

Create required Reports

Assist with P/L analysis reporting

Supervises employees including training employees; planning, assigning, directing work and appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Requirements:

Completed degree or equivalent within Finance and Accounting

Minimum 5 Years experience within a Senior Commercial Accounts role

Multi Currencies AU, NZ, US, SG

Has proven staff Management experience

Have previously overseen or processed employee salaries and related government chargers

Technical accounting skills

Previous experience within Commercial Accounting

Proficiency in Cargo-wise accounting software is an advantage

System implementation and internal control experiences is essential.

Have experience in collating financial reports

Working hours: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm (Mon - Fri)
