Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver software training, measurement and follow-up as required
Enhance or create training content for courseware purposes
Provide comprehensive IT professional certification training programmes to help individuals and organisations maximize their productivity and increase their competitive advantage
Follow principal’s curriculum and deliver them in a proficient and comprehensive manner
Provide consultation and answer for technical questions, troubleshoot problem during lab practices and advising participants on matter regarding certification examination
Upkeep of equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training

Requirements:


Minimum ITE / Diploma in IT or related
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in delivering Infocomm Technology (IT) training
Only Certified Instructor in UNIX (Solaris/RedHat), Java (JS2E/J2EE), Networking (CISCO/Extreme), Veritas, and with C++ programming experience will be considered
Experience in customer support will have an added advantage
