CAFÉ CHAIN MANAGER Post Date: 09 Mar 09

Overview of Position:

As a Café Chain Manager, you are to utilize appropriate marketing and sales methodologies adopted from the Chairman and CEO to develop profitable business in trading and retails sales in the assigned regions/countries or business segment; follow up regularly with clients to assess satisfaction with product and services and to identify additional business opportunities so as to achieve company’s set goals and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospects continuously for new clients through a variety of techniques and strategies
Spearheads the entire business development and marketing activities for the Café Chain.
Coordinates the day-to-day operation activities to ensure objectives set for the café chain are met to the requirements.
Develops and expands the current café business activities and the required operation standards to constantly stay ahead of competition.
Maintains and expands clientele base in the coffee industry
Develops pricing, business development plan and strategies to achieve targeted sales quota and objectives.
Set and works towards sales targets and objectives in line with company’s vision.
Works with operations and other departments to focus sales efforts on developed and graded leads and in developing campaigns to maximize sales efforts.
Participates and assists in trade associations, events and all other promotion efforts and activities
Performs market analyze on local and targeted overseas markets to identify opportunities to achieve business goals
Plans and perform visits to potential business prospects with appropriate operations personnel
Conduct business presentation to prospective business partners
Assesses regularly on level of satisfaction by upholding and maintaining of product and service quality
Other duties and specific tasks of a relevance nature and scope as and when required in order to achieve assigned business objectives.


Requirements:



Minimum 5 years of related management experience in Café business
Proven financial management skills
Strong supervisory skills and capable to motivate, lead
and develop staff
Excellent time-management skills and problem solving
abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact
with diverse personalities
An ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
