Job responsibilities:



Co-ordinate with local offices on IT network initiatives and maintain standards and compliance, meeting audit requirements.
Disaster Recovery Planning and Execution.


Tasks:



Co-ordinate with local offices on Emerson network security and compliance on LAN/WAN
Co-ordinate each local office has bi-yearly review of security access rights
Plan for Disaster Recovery resources
Assist to execute Disaster Recovery Plan
Co-ordinate sites’ data consolidation and redundancy.
Ensure Voice and Telcocommunications plans are up to date
Servers redundancy planning
Monitor helpdesk support are maintained at specified SLA
Review and recommend suitable hardware/software
Contact point for Emerson important outages and alerts.
Co-ordinate new sites network connectivity to Emerson network


Requirements:



Must be able to speak English and Chinese
Degree in IT or equivalent
3-5 years experience in administering LAN, WAN and TCP/IP network.
Proficient in MS active directory administration, Cisco products and technologies
Possess knowledge and experience in supporting dynamic routing protocols networks.
