The Job:

Productivity Improvement Projects - Plan, organize and execute projects that lead to lower factory overhead costs, improve working environment and improve the image of the company

Maintain the clean factory safety record - Oversee the environment and safety issues to ensure compliance to all factory acts, environmental laws and regulations.

Ensure the efficiency of major plant equipment's - Electrical, air-conditioning, air compressor…

Space Needs Analysis - To maximize the existing space utilization to meet additional production.

Plan factory flow layout and continue to improve manufacturing practices with better work methodology.

Providing cost-effective printing and documentation services to Company.

Manage and maintain the factory cleanliness and building security systems


Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering, with AutoCAD experience

At least 7 years of related working experience

Facilitate with Landlord on related building activities

Experience in facility layout and strategy

Good interpersonal and communication skill
