Ad Description: Customer Service Assistant Manager/Manager
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:



Supervise a team of Customer Service Executives
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Information Counter
Attend to shoppers’ enquiries or complaints
Manage overall revenue from gift vouchers, SISTIC tickets to kiddy rides
Manage the mall’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Tourist Privilege programme
Monitor inventory of all premiums and logistics eg strollers, wheelchairs etc
All other matters relating to Customer Service and Information Counter

Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in any relevant field
At least 4 years’ experience in customer service/ hospitality/ retail industry
1-2 years’ experience in shopping centre customer service is preferred
Possess excellent leadership qualities with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service-orientation
Willing to work on weekends
Good team player and able to work independently
