Ad Description: Senior Manager (Biz Development in Healthcare Ind) - (West/S'porean only)
(Singapore - Choa Chu Kang area)
Responsibilities:
Develop strategies, plans and business objectives
Periodic reviews for existing business and constantly explore new areas of opportunities.
Maintain existing and develop new customers. Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic relationships with current and potential customers.
Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, service mix, and timescales.
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales.
Build a highly energetic sales team and models, co-ordinate and present the customer with a finalized collaborative proposal with solutions, justifications, and expected results to overcome objections and win the business with revenue/margin.
Carry out market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
At least 12 years of working experience, with a minimum of 5 years‘ senior management experience in Business Development from Healthcare Industry.
Able to conceptualize products and services and package them to meet the needs and concerns of potential customers.
Manage proposal pricing, negotiations and closure process and work with a team to develop suitable and compelling proposal for specific customers.
Experience in developing proposals, handle RFI & RFPs.
Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts, customers and large contracts..
Proven consultative selling skills with the ability to manage multiple complex sales campaigns.
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
Keen for new experience, responsible, self motivated, with strong leadership, influencing capabilities and excellent communication skills.
Capable of multi-tasking with excellent analytical abilities and able to collaborate across multiple functional groups.
Willing to travel overseas.
Understand financial, terms and conditions and be able to effectively negotiate and close Master Service Agreements and related contract schedules with customers
Full-Time positions available.
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens only.
5 days working week
Mon to Fri: 0800 to 1730
Salary range: $6,000 to $9,000 (Commensurate with experience & qualification)
