Responsibilities:


Division

Keeping full set of books and consolidation of divisional financial results on a quarterly basis

Perform quarterly variance analysis of financial results (including Profit and loss, Balance Sheet and Sales Variance Analysis)

Completion of divisional consolidation package,preparation of quarterly divisional Cash flow statement

Review consolidation package submitted by subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and compliance with group policies and financial reporting standards

Liaise with external auditors in respect of year-end audit

Complete financial statements for annual statutory reporting

Liaise with China office


Overall Group

Perform inter-company elimination

Enter divisional consolidated numbers into group consolidation package

Assist in preparation of group financial statements for annual statutory reporting

Assist in preparation of quarterly announcement of results

Undertake ad-hoc assignments



Requirements:


Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Alexandra,Potong Pasir.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
