Responsibilities:


You will be responsible to perform front office duties, handle enquiries professionally, and assist in ensuring smooth operations during the guests’ stay
To perform guest check-in and check-out
Assist the guest in arranging tours, taxis, and restaurants booking if necessary
Handle all guest requests during their stay.
Organize and implement guest programs/plans that anticipate and meet guest needs and interest.
Manage individual portfolio assigned to maximize guest satisfaction.

Requirements:


Proficiency in spoken English
At least 2 years experience in Front Office position in Hospitality Industry or cabin crew experience
Good inter-personal skills
able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
