Responsibilities:


Manage training and development activities and implement policies to develop long-term staff development
Conduct training need analysis to develop a total training plan in line with business goals for the company
Work with external course providers on the development and design of training programs
Provide learning initiatives and solutions to internal customers
Collate training statistics and feedback useful for management decision
Support other HR activities
Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in HRM or Business Administration with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in conducting in-house training programs
Deadline driven and resourceful with the ability to work independently
Hands-on operationally and able to multi-task
Good writing/communication and interpersonal skills
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
