Responsibilities:


Periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the property
Keep proper records of M & E readings and to monitor the performance of plant and equipment
Check all service contractors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to Condominium Manager
Carry out tasks assigned with regard to the physical maintenance of the property, in the painting, minor repairs and servicing to electrical and plumbing defects etc.

Requirements:


NTC2 or NTC3 in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
1 to 2 years experience in Building maintenance
