Responsibilities:


1) Temp Accounts Assistant (3 to 6 mths)

Salary range: $7 to $8/hr (depending on experience)



2) Perm Accounts Assistant / Executive

Responsibilties:

- Handle monthly multi-companies accounts and other accounts reconciliations
- Handle staff payroll/claims
- Full Sets of Accounts
- AP/AR
- Responsible for GST & CPF submission
- Compile financial statements and generate reports
- Reconcile cashbook to general ledger and bank statement
- Any other administrative duties as assigned


Requirements

Minimum CAT / LCCI Diploma / or partial ACCA / Fresh grad are welcome to apply
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
Able to start work immediately
Only Singaporeans/PR need apply
