Responsibilities:


Develop sales strategies and tactical plans for achieving the sales goals, leads and opportunities.
Achieve sales and performance targets and/or quotas (Sales KPIs).
Forecast sales and qualify sales potential leads.
Carry out essential customer relationship management activities; including (but not limited to) account management, client servicing, and the updating of CRM records, follow up for client inquiries.
Submission of proper sales proposals to clients in response to their inquiries.
Organize events and activities (like seminars, flyers and email blitz) to generate sales.
Promote BCM Institute's courses, examinations and member certification.
To administer all course related administration and delivery.
Take charge of scheduling of classes for both participants and instructors
Provide administrative and logistic support for our local and overseas courses.
Coordinate and support overseas offices and affiliates.
To provide management with weekly and monthly reports
Must be prepared to make sales call both over the phone and in person.
At times, you may be required to perform other duties for the organization.
Requirements:

Degree in Business Administrations, Management, Marketing or related field
Min 1-2 years overall experience in the relevant field
Must be internet savvy and competent in MS office applications
Added advantage with Sales experience in Education and Professional Development
Strong in Consulting, Direct & Channel sales
Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Flair in writing and strong command in English is essential
Aggressive, Professional and Confident with pleasant personality
Must be a well-organised, self-starter with high energy level and the ability to multi-task simultaneously
Leadership qualities to grow into potential senior management roles
