Responsibilities:


Manage day-to-day helpdesk activities
Incident recording
Initial support and classification
Initiate processing of all types of service requests, proactive communication with the business, and often the maintenance of self-service facilities,such as FAQ lists
Monitoring the status and progress toward resolution of all open incidents
Keeping affected users informed about progress
Resolution confirmation and closure of incidents

Requirements:


GCE "O" Level or diploma with 1 to 2 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts
