1) Operations:
? Routine Management
a) Direct supervision of a team of staff
b) Advise and support site operations
? Monthly Meetings

? Crisis Management
a) In the event of emergency/crisis, be in a position to direct and guide

2) Financial:
a) Responsible and accountable for the profit and loss of the business unit
b) Preparation of BU?s budget and revenue projection
c) Approve BU?s invoices and billings
d) Exercise prudence in managing risk exposure and potential liabilities of the company
3) Human Resource:
a) Responsible for recruitment of staff for replacement as well as for new appointments
b) Manage career development and training of staff
c) Assess staff performance
d) Responsible for staff increment and bonuses recommendations
e) Responsible for staff conduct and discipline
4) Business Development
a) Actively seek out new business/service opportunities
b) Responsible for tendering of proposals
c) Conduct presentations to potential clients
Requirements:
? Min. Degree in Business or related/equivalent disciplines
? At least 5 years experience in real estate
? ONLY SINGAPOREAN OR SINGAPORE PR NEED APPLY
