Customer Service Administrator (Contract)MNC - Heavy Enginering Industry

Salary: $2200 - $2500


Responsibilties:

Provide customer service to Distributors and OEM customers throughout South East Asia region.
Ensure customer orders are processed promptly and accurately.
Work with customers on stock reservation, delivery, back orders, claims, pricing and promotions.
Liaise with forwarder for shipment of goods and expedite collection of goods invoiced.
Maintain and update customer list, order/sales registers and all other relvant records.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline
Min 1-2 years relevant working experience
Singaporean/PR/Malaysian Need to apply
