Responsibilities:
Provide telephonic HR software support to clients
Perform trial testing
Log and report all errors found
Analyze software problems to determine possible failures modes through root cause analysis and recommend resolutions and improvements.
Conduct training for clients
Maintaining existing software
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level
1 year related experience in software support role or HR personnel who have done payroll or Admin personnel with experience in HR and payroll
Good interpersonal and good communication skill both written and spoken
Willing to learn new things and take up new challenges
