Job responsibilities


· Conduct day-end close / month end close and balance sheet reconciliations

· Prepare & post journal entries for accruals, prepayments and other adjustments.

· Reconciles and analyses accounts

· Assist Asst. Finance Mgr on other ad hoc GL / closing matters

· Quarterly / Monthly and expense reporting

· Inter-company & Non-AR receipts postings in BPCS system.(debit / credit notes)

· Specific provisions/ write-offs in AR sub-ledger.

· Update Management fees schedule for inter-company

· Generate AR statement at month end for processing by Credit team

· Fixed Assets (FA) Accounting

· Facilitate audits / reviews by Corporate Audit and/or Regional Internal Controls teams.

· Highlight and work with Legal team to follow up on potential non-compliances.

· Candidates with hands on knowledge of CCP – Comprehensive Compliance Programme and SOX compliance will be given preference


Participate in related SOX training(s) and complete necessary assessment by assigned timelines



Assist with other duties: Maintain master files for AP, GL, FA, Bank reconciliation, BPCS Maintenance, Singapore business surveys and other ad hoc duties as assigned by Asst Finance Manager.
