Executive Assistant
(Singapore)



This position is equally suitable to a recent business or IT graduate who is passionate about technology and is looking to start a career in business; or a seasoned executive assistant from the technology sector, with 5+ years working with a senior executive of a business or technology consultancy, software company or systems integrator.

The role is varied and will involvement and require knowledge of all aspects of the business, including sales, technical, administrative, support and financial responsibilities.

You will be working directly with the Group Managing director of an international business and technology consultancy and will be given the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the business, with possibility for career progression into business management, project management, sales, business development or consulting.

Responsibility/Requirements:

* You will be proactive and disciplined in all corporate communications and will need to build rapport and credibility quickly whilst communicating in a professional and confident manner
* You will be disciplined in maintaining corporate records
* You will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the MD's diary, expenses and travel arrangements
* You have an above average command of the English language - both written and verbal
* You will be able to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
* You have an eye for detail and desire to deliver quality and value at every juncture
* You are proficient in MS Office Applications and have experience with a CRM product.


We offer an attractive base salary and the opportunity to progress to one of the above mentioned roles within 24-36 months.

The successful candidate will be based in Singapore however may have the opportunity to travel across the Asia Pacific region.

Singaporean Citizens and Permanent Residents preferred, however expatriate candidates with 5 years plus experience working in the UK, Western Europe, the USA or Australia will be considered.
