Heads Accounting and Finance
The Company is now presenting an opportunity for Head Accounting and Finance to join 3 of the subsidiaries and work alongside leading PRC on a challenging and rewarding mix of work.

Responsibilities :
--Lead a team in the preparation of the monthly consolidation financial statement
--Preparation/review of the monthly management reporting ensuring accurate and timely reports in accordance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
--Support strategic plans, analyzetrends and operating expense forecast
--Preparation and coordination of budgets, forecasts and analysis of actual performance
--Liaise with auditors, tax agents and government authorities as required for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
--To liaise with banks to obtain loans
--Supervise staff and upgrade level and skills of direct reports


Requirements:
--Degree in Accounting plus accounting qualifications ( ACA, CPA, ACCA) with at least 8 years’ relevant experience in MNCs
--Experience in China accounting including knowledge of international accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements
--Proficient SAP user and strong spreadsheet skills
--Strong financial analysis skills
--Ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
--Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
--Proficient in PC application and Chinese word processing
--China manufacturing working experience is strong preferred
--Stationed in Shanghai or Suzhou
