Human Resources Coordinator Post Date: 17 Feb 09

You will assist the Human Resources Officer in the coordination of all training programs, as well as in the application and administration of relevant training grant. In addition, you will provide support in the delivery of the Total learning plan and will be responsible in maintaining a systematic filing and recording system for all training documentations.



You should possess a Diploma in Training & Development or its equivalent with minimum 1 year relevant experience. Fresh graduates with a keen passion in HRD will be considered too. To succeed in this role, you should be a team player and able to work independently. Other key attributes include an eye for detail, ability to think out of the box as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
