Interactive Executive (Project Management) APPLY NOW
Our client is a well established foreign bank with operations around the world. Currently, they are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join them as an Interactive Executive.

Duties

eDM Channel Management

Manage eDM calendar to ensure email contact policy is maintained
Manage delivery deadlines to ensure that all scheduled eDMs are delivered on time and budget
Ensure that product owners and agency do no miss deadlines and incur additional urgent fees impact timelines of other scheduled eDMs
Assist in briefing of interactive agency to ensure expectations are clear and materials are provided
Assist in checking of eDMs to ensure tags and required codes are in place
Assist in final testing of eDMs before actual blast
Assist in deployment of eDMs to Cheetahmail and coordination to ensure timely delivery
Setup of campaign reporting within reporting tool upon mailing
Download and collate reports 21 days after each blast
Preparation of detailed reports for major campaigns
Archival of eDMs as reference library
Website Maintenance

Manage weekly website update schedule
Collate all site update request from product owners
Raise request into database and monitor progress
Assist product owners with testing
Ensure timely response from product managers to meet deadlines
Conduct weekly audit of website to ensure no broken or dead link removable or update of expired content or promotion
Conduct weekly audit of partner sites
Qualifications

· Strong project management skills with a good eye for details

· Good time management skills, well-organised, able to meet deadlines

· Strong team player with customer focus (internal & external stakeholders)

· Appreciation of technical issues, proficiency in Web editing applications including html and Photoshop

· Good understanding of the interactive space and new media
