Ad Description: Job Duties:
• Oversees Call Centre operation, ensuring daily operation is in place efficiently and professionally and manage all operators HR.
• Daily marketing activities and ensuring target is met.
• Respond to complex or difficult operation situations.
• 24/7 standby and provide immediate attention to call operators' problems and follow-up with resolution.
• To facilitate & support marketing activities

Requirements:
• Min 1 year in call centre or marketing environment.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
• Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing is preferred. Minimum GCE ‘O’ level.
• Good leadership with analytical mind with good organizational and planning skills.
• Meticulous and able to handle routine data entries accurately and efficiently.
• Highly computer literate.
• Ability to build rapport and high self motivated personality.
• Effective team players who like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Only Singaporean and PR need to apply.
• Basic + Comm.
• Available immediate.
