Our Client, is an established FOREIGN BANK, looking for a ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SERVICE DESK COORDINATOR to join their dynamic team!




AP Coordinator [6 Months Contract-$2.5k] Post Date: 10 Mar 09

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support AP Service desk globally on a rotational basis (shift work required: eg 4pm to 1am)
Handle queries from internal / external vendors
Working closely with processing team to resolve service issues
Identify performance issues and escalate to relevant parties
Assist processing team with the follow up with business areas on outstanding workflow on a daily basis
Exceptions handling e.g. urgent payment request escalation

Requirements:

2 to 3 years customer service or call centre experience IN A BANK or SHARED SERVICE CENTRE
Degree/diploma in any faculty or equivalent experience, ideally with a call centre or customer service background (NOT sales)

Strong customer service, communications and presentation will be an integral part of this position.
Able to communicate in excellent English

Able to work independently and multi-task
