Ad Description: KAE is a global strategic marketing consultancy firm listed on the London Stock Exchange. The Singapore office is looking for a full time accountant to support its current growth.

Job Requirements

You will be involved in reporting and assisting the financial controller based in the UK and bookkeeping for our offices in Singapore and Shanghai.

Main responsibilities:
Billing/sales invoicing as per revenue recognition following, keep an up to date aging report,
Company reporting policy and procedures,
Responsible of all aspects of Accounts Payable, including issuing and mailing cheques,
Month-end financial reporting, cash flow, KPIs and dashboard management, including posting journal entries, accounts and reconciliation,
Assist the Financial Controller in the quarter-end financialreporting pack,
Assist the Financial Controller in responding to financial reporting,
Support auditors on a yearly basis,
Any other adhoc financial documentation assignments.

Requirements:
ACCA finalist or affiliate or equivalent professional certified accounting qualification.
At least 2 years experience in handling full set of accounts, from a MNC environment.
Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous, fluent English communication skills and team player.
Able to commence work on March 15, 2009 or soon thereafter.
Able to speak Mandarin.
Able to provide references.
