In order to support our growth and leverage on surrounding business opportunities the KAE Singapore office is looking for an Engagement Manager / Director. This job is based in Singapore (or Shanghai). KAE was set up in 1969 and is listed on the Stock Exchange in London.

Qualifications:
We are looking for people who have a proven profile in the following:

-Prerequisite: You MUST have at least 6-8 years of work experience at either BCG, Mc Kinsey, Bain, Booz, ATK, or Monitor.
-MBA from a top tier school,
-Ability to face and interact with senior management and conduct in-depth stakeholders’ analysis
-Enjoy intellectual challenge and complex decision making processes,
-Innovative, and able to do think inside and outside the box,
-Able to work in a fast pace team structure and excel with high output performance,
-Fluent in English. Other fluency in Asian languages welcomed.
- Candidate with recent engagements experience in Asia are preferred.

Job Description:
You will win or help to win and support large scale multi-country project engagement in diverse industries in the areas of marketing strategy, innovation management, competitive benchmarking, and growth strategy.

You may also assume team lead role and will provide guidance to the project team in project execution which involves analysis, strategy formulation, project presentation, and facilitation of client workshops. You will also be given the opportunity to engage in direct client management activities, and be involved in leading the preparation / closure of proposals.
