Job Description
To be responsible in providing clerical and administrative support for in country operations
Job Specifications
Provide clerical and administrative support, including data input and information retrieval for Point of Sale (POS) and general office work
Effectively co-ordinate new, amendment and cancellation terminal request
Effectively setup and maintain terminal profiles on PC Access DB, terminal control files
Prepare terminal initialization form for terminal deployment
Generate terminal deployment/maintenance request to Terminal Vendors
Point of Sales terminal support, co-ordinate deployments with vendors, handle queries and administrative functions with internal and external customers
Update completed terminal deployment related requests in system
Provide support for Terminal Vendors for terminal profile settings
Assist Merchant Sales team with terminal related enquiries and requests
Provide troubleshooting expertise, for programming issues related to terminal profile setup
Prepare reports, letters and statistics as required
Handle enquiries from internal and external customers
Handle all payment invoices
Maintain, design and enhance Terminal Profile Database application
Assist Operations team on future system conversion
Handle stationery request and follow ups with merchants and vendors
Handle telephone enquiries from merchants
To control daily stationery usage, and ensure its prompt replenishment and avoid abuse consumption
Arrange Visa / MasterCard / Installment Plan / MOTO / training
Handle the imprinter and training requests from Merchant Sales Team
To be responsible for Imprinter / Deposit Plate Embossing, Monitor Imprinter & stationery delivery by Courier and Post Office
Monitor the training appointments
Monitor the performance of vendors services
Requirements
Singapore permanent residents or non working visa holders are preferred
Immediate available is highly preferred
Secondary School Education School Graduate. Tertiary educated preferred
At least one year's terminal management experience
Possessing customer service experience an added advantage
Numeric and detail-oriented
Working knowledge on tracking systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access with good typing skills
Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
