Centre Manager, Aviation Security Training

Key Responsibilities:
The Center Manager will have profit and loss responsibilities for the Aviation Security Wing.
The primary role is to take ownership and be accountable for all Aviation Courses conducted by the Centre with high standard of training delivery.
He/she will manage a team of executives to run the daily operations of the training center as well as the training unit in curriculum and trainer management
Manage budget and work plan for the business unit
To plan and draw up monthly/quarterly/yearly course schedules
Oversee the training center operations and training unit
Work with corporate sales and marketing team to increase market share for Aviation Security training
Work with corporate ops and quality service team to improve centre operation processes
Develop blended training solution by working with other business units for competitive advantage
Able to review and improve the Course Management Plan of all Aviation materials

Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Business Administration/Operations Management or equivalent qualifications
5 - 10 years experience in managing P&L and business operations, preferably in the security training industry
Strong acumen in developing business partnership, preferable in the Aviation industry
Strong presentation and skills and conscientious in business performance monitoring and reporting
Familiar with various aspects of ISO Audit and WDA Audit will be an advantage.
