Our Client is seeking for:
Customer Service and Management Manager
Responsibilities
· Providing strategic direction and leading the customer service and management department
· Assist the company in building the department to become a excellent one-stop; broad-based services to their corporate Clients
· Ensuring the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Call Centre to achieve best-in-class service quality and high customer satisfaction
· Initiate and direct the divisional strategic activities to support the corporate vision and mission.
· Lead a team of Customer Service Personals to establish processes and polices in the company’s CRM system and customer’s data
· Responsible for the undertaking on-going data hygiene, enrichment and analytics initiatives
· Work closely with other divisions in the company to handle data management, data analytics, project management for system enhancements and organise training for new users.
Requirements
· Min Degree in any discipline.
· Min 6 years of prior experience in Customer Service related position
· Must have leadership and supervisory experience to manage and lead a department
· Has experience in strategic development to ensure growth for the department
· Knowledge in CRM strategies and technologies with be an added plus.
