Our client is a US based company located in the West. They are currently looking for an experienced individual to join their organisation as a Tool Maker.
Job Descriptions:
Responsible for creating and prepare routines to support the whole workflow.
Identify the suitable tooling for continuous process improvement.
Design and fabrication of tools, fixtures and gages using engineering drawings or written instructions, and development of tools to suit the needs of customers and company
Work with shop floor personnel in solving manufacturing problems related to process and recommend corrective action
Requirements:
Min Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical or Precision Engineering Fabrication
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in process improvement, trouble-shooting and failure analysis
Familiar with CAD-CAM system
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Must be willing to work in the West
