SALES & ADMIN COORDINATOR
Job Description
· To provide administrative support like filing, typing correspondence, faxing and scanning of documents
· To assist in preparing and processing sales related documents like PO, sales invoices and other relevant documents
· To coordinate and liaise with relevant department to ensure timely delivery of good
· To control for inventory / goods
· To perform any other ad-hoc duties, if necessary
Job Requirements
· 'O' Levels and above, with 2 years of relevant experience
· Excellent command in both written and spoken English
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Mature, responsible, independent and meticulous
· Candidates who can START IMMEDIATELY or within SHORT NOTICE will be advantageous
Only Singaporeans / PRs need apply
Location / Salary / Working Hours
· Jurong East
· $1800 above (depending on qualifications and experiences) + AWS + Benefits
· 5 days work week
