The Client



Our client is a very well established Trading Company with a network of offices in all key destination markets. It is interested in recruiting a senior professional to lead the IT function as;

Responsibilities:



Reporting to CTO, the selected candidate will be responsible for;



Development and implementation of a comprehensive IT Strategy in line with the short/medium/long term business objectives
Planning, organizing and evaluating the operations of Information Systems
Selection, integration, implementation and maintenance of ERP (Preferably SAP) and CRM systems
Maintain Order Processing, Oracle Financials, Risk Systems, Futures Accounting System and SAP BPC systems
Leadership of Design, Architecture, Maintenance and Support for IT Infrastructure including connectivity and IT Security systems.
Manage and coordination IT initiatives across different geographical areas
Team building and IT talent management
Introduction of Best Practices in IT and knowledge management
Requirements:



Ideal candidates will be high caliber, senior professionals with IT leadership experience with regional/global services providers or with top-tier consulting firms. Prior experience of leading enterprise-wide IT initiatives preferably in Asia would be ideal.



In-depth knowledge of processes and system requirements of various functional departments or other large corporations in high-end services sector and the ability to knit them together into highly efficient systems is essential.



Experience in evaluating competing IT products and vendors, their selection and management; appreciation of business issues; strong business/commercial focus; analytical and change-management abilities; team-building and leadership qualities; and excellent presentation and communication skills are essential for success in this role.



Candidates should be engineering/computer sciences/business graduates, preferably with MBA, from premier institutes, and must have a minimum of 10-12 years of IT/MIS experience in services sector.
