Responsibility





Provide quality customer service support to customers over the phone



Resolve customer enquiries efficiently



Perform any ad hoc duties







Requirement





Min Diploma / Degree with credit in English



Min 1 - 2 years experience preferably in Call centre environment



Excellent interpersonal skill



Fluent in English and Mandarin









Technical Assistant ( West Area )







Provide desktop and AV equipments support

To work closely with HOD IT department

To oversee IT inventory matters

SG, PR or Malaysian only

Salary: $1,300

1 year experience in Desktop support will be advantageous
