Reporting into the senior management team, your role will be instrumental to deliver the following objectives:

- Proven knowledge and skills in handling sizable commercial projects including drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction and corporate finance documents like M&A, sale and purchase, loan, capital market and direct investment

- Constant dealing and input on the litigation, loans, asset finance, trade marks, registration

- Ad hoc corporate secretarial matters



The suitable candidate will possess a relevant education in Law either locally or overseas with at least solid 8 years experience in a corporate secretarial capacity.



This experience has to be from a listed conglomerate locally. You must be ICSA or HKICS qualified to be considered for this role. You will have the experience dealing with listings in the local market.



The candidate must be a Solicitor qualified in HKSAR, with at least 5 years' post qualification experience gained in major law firm or listed company
