Responsibilities:



Report to the Finance Manger.


Key Duties/Tasks:



Responsible for Month End and Year End closing.
Day to day accounting and supervision of junior staff.
Prepare budget and forecast for the Business Units.
Manage credit and collections/claims process (Cash Flow and assets management).
Work with business units and Finance teams to deliver KPIs and other keys objectives.
Work with MIS, Operations and warehouse to streamline end to end business processing.
Liaise with banker, auditor, corporate secretary, tax advisor and governmental regulatory bodies.

Timely submission of management reports.
Ensure proper compliance of financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:



Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
More than 2 years of experience at supervisory level
Audit and management reporting experience preferred
Prior experience in retail industry is an advantage
