Ad Description: QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE Post Date: 23 Apr 09
Job Descriptions:
Conduct audit on the compliance of the client and contract (i.e. staff deployment, emergency store, infection control and waste disposal, etc) according to client's standards and requirements
Participate and attend housekeeping joint review meeting, Internal Operation Meeting, Management Review Meeting and minutes recording as and when required
Develop, establish, conduct audit based, evaluate and update various quality audit tools and documentations, (i.e. MSDS, ISO, Emergency Preparedness Briefing, Emergency Contact List/ Emergency Response Team, Permit-To-Work, EHS, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OSHAS 18001:2007, etc) procedures to ensure compliance of the required standards and requirements for housekeeping services
Review quality reports against contractual quality and performance outcomes and identify actions items. Conduct joint audit with client on storage areas (i.e. MSDS, Work Permit, safety audit) as schedules
Coordination with HQ on quarterly Internal QA Audit. Follow up on non-conformance or observations raise
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Standard Operation Forms (SOF), Housekeeping protocol, etc. as and when required
Conduct, implement and update Quality Improvement projects in Housekeeping. Collect and comply all relevant data for use in reports and plans
Maintain, update and review Product register, procedures, forms or manual (i.e. office equipments, SOP, SOF, Machinery Master Lists, MSDS, risk assessment record) requested by Manager and client
Prepare, review, analysis and submit monthly report of completed QA paper works on schedule to Manager
Undertake any duties/ projects, etc as and when requested by client or Manager
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma or equivalent qualification in management of quality standards or closely related field with minimum 2 or more years of progressive management experiences working in a hospital environment or facility services industry
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced challenging hospital environment and with the ability to organize and manage QA systems for housekeeping department project
Good English written skill
Review and investigate customer feedback. To provide corrective/ preventive action and implementation
