Job Duties:

Oversee a team of Customer Service Officers
Provide team with objectives with regular feedback
Conduct regular meetings to ensure team members have complete understanding of process and procedures
Implement and monitor daily schedules
Provide marketing support on new product launched and ensure information is disseminate to team members
Review workflow and procedures, and provide feedback for continous improvement
Job Requirements:

At least 3 years relevant experience in call centre, with supervisory role
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership quality
Singaporean and Singapore PR only
