The client we are representing is one of the world largest semiconductor testing, assembly and advanced packaging companies.



Dry Etch Process Engineers




Key Responsibilities:

In charge of dry etching processes in dry etching system. Process characterization for every new device. Etch process monitoring: etch rate/uniformity.
Sustain and provide continuous process improvement through planning, evaluating, verifying and executing procedures to ensure that products meet all customers’ requirements in terms of quantity, yield and cycle time.
To provide interim and long-term corrective actions for any discrepancies.
Liaise with internal customers on development & improvement of process, material and equipment capabilities.
To manage Cost and Quality improvement project


Key Requirements:

Degree in Material Sciences, Chemistry or equivalent Engineering
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in wafer fabrication dry etch process
Prefer candidates with Wafer Foundry Dry Etch Process experience
Knowledge in SPC, JMP is an added advantage
Able to work in fast paced environment
Singaporean and Singapore PR only
