Ad Description: The Challenges

You are responsible for maintaining complete and systematic records relating to employees’ pay and must be thoroughly conversant with the relevant statutes and payroll regulations. You are also responsible for the preparation and filing of necessary employee tax documents and reports with the appropriate government authorities. You must also be able to analyze reasons for variation in manpower expense for monthly & ad-hoc reporting and are also required to liaise with internal & external auditors on payroll matters.


The Requirements

* You should have a Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Accountancy. Diploma-holders in Accountancy with payroll experience may also apply.
* You must have minimum 3 years working experience in Finance Department with some experience in large-scale payroll system preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft packages
* Supervisory experience preferred.
