Our client is seeking for a Senior Private Banker with extensive working knowledge and high net worth connections in South East Asia, in particular, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand; but nor restricted.

Successful candidates will be based in Singapore. You should be highly proficient in English. An ability to speak Mandarin and Bahasa Malayu would be an added advantage.


a. Candidate is expected to bring in new assets of approximately USD200 million within a time frame of 18 months, and build up the business from this base. You shoud also have an AUM equivalent of USD200 million.

b. Analysing the wealth structure & needs of clients

c. Providing investment advice and proposals, according to clients’ objectives and their available assets

d. Developing existing client base through candidate’s existing network – contacts or referrals, and reviewing investments and implementing new changes in investment strategies

e. Interacting with clients and prospects, meeting them in Singapore and/or around the South-east Asia region – explaining to clients in relation to investments matters, financial market developments and any other questions in relation to clients’ accounts

f. Promoting our asset management capabilities and added services such as Estate Planning and Family Office solutions

g. Following up on administrative issues in relation to client’s accounts (to ensure that documentation is always up-to-date, do regular checks on pending issues, etc)

h. Discussing investment policies with Chief Investment Officer, reviewing
investment decisions and implementing decisions to clients and prospects


Skills:
With extensive experience in Private Banking; excellent presentation and relationship skills; excellent knowledge of financial instruments. Good networking.
