The following are required for the ARCHITECT post: Bachelor of Architecture with more than 5 years post graduate professional experience; Recent experience working on tall buildings in a construction supervision role; Experience as a site based architect; Site inspections; Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills; Salaries are negotiable depending on skills and experience, within the salary band.




The following are required for the STRUCTURAL DRAFTER post: Prepare detailed drawings of architectural and structural features of buildings; Detail all types of structural steel fabrication, concrete plans, site development plans and shop drawings; Prepare structural layouts; Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD and other design softwares; At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field; Salaries are negotiable depending on skills and experience, within the salary band.
