Responsibilities:



This position reports to the EH Tax Manager and the AP Finance Controller on all Direct and Indirect Tax related issues including Tax Management, Tax reporting, Tax compliance, review of contractual terms and conditions, Transfer Pricing etc. in all territories of operations.







Pre-requisites



· Minimum 5 to 10 years’ of professional experience in Tax Advisory firm or in a Tax Management position with significant exposure in various countries

· Strong local and US GAAP accounting skills with in-depth and up-to-date tax regulations

· Preferably with Oilfield Industry exposure with specific technical knowledge

· Ability to digest and analyze significant quantity of information, to develop best practices and procedures, to run them through Management for approval and to implement them throughout the organization

· Ability to share information with peers and train them

· Ability to work under pressure and in a standalone position

· Good communication and reporting skills

· Available for frequent travelling obligations
