Ad Description: My Client is a rapidly expanding BioTechnology / Pharmaceutical MNC established for more than 15 years in water bath science health software astronomy engineering psychology project technology. They are supplier of laboratory consumables, scientific and analytical equipment, clinical diagnostic and process control solutions.

Assistant Sales Manager (BioTechnology / Pharmaceutical Sales)

Responsibilities:
• Supervise the area sales team for the sales operations and meet the yearly sales target.
• Formulate and implement marketing / sales strategies, includes promoting range of products
• Providing literature and contents, liaising with principals for technical information.
• Manage existing key accounts and source for new accounts
• Provide support for enquiries, conducting field visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
• Delegates sales leads and follow-ups which fall under subordinate’s key accounts and geographical area responsibility.
• Conduct market analysis / intelligence and identify product and market segmentations.
• Formulate training materials, customizes training materials for different audiences, analyzes training needs and conducts product training for the team and dealers
• Manage, lead and coach subordinates.

Requirements:
• Minimum a Diploma / Degree in any Science discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of people management experience.
• Proven sales track records with product management experience.
• Bilingual, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy meeting and communicate with all levels of people.
• Out-going personality and able to work independently
• Must possess own car
• Willing to travel extensively.


Other Information:
Salary Range: Basic up to S$5000 + $1000 transport allowance
Location: North
Working Day: 5 Days (Mon – Fri )
Working Time: 8.30am - 6pm
Gender: Open
Age: Below 33 preferably
