Ad Description: The Challenges

The incumbant will be part of the General Ledger (GL) Shared Services team. You will be responsible for financial accounting and management reporting functions, including but not limited to the following duties:

- Supervise and lead a team of staff in the section in handling day-to-day financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing;
- Prepare and/or review the monthly and year-end audit schedules;
- Review Bank Reconciliation and resolve reconciling items;
- Responsible for GST & statistical submissions to local authorities;
- Liaise with internal and external auditors on audit issues;
- Perform ad-hoc assignments for management decision making;
- Assist internal customers in ad-hoc financial analysis.

The Requirements

* Degree in Accounting from a recognized university. Local university is preferred.
* At least 4 years of relevant working experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
* Proficiency in MS Office programmes. Hands-on experience with SAP System will be an added advantage.
* Singaporean / SPR

Working location: Commonwealth
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 6pm.
