We’re currently seeking an Account Manager for our Asian headquarters in Singapore to support our growing client base.



We need someone with the ability to understand the technologies of our clients and execute communications initiatives on their behalf. Strong writing and media relations skills, business acumen, news judgment, and a strategic mindset are what we’re looking for.



Some regional travel can be expected, mainly to trade shows to provide client support.



ABI closes for 2 weeks at the end of each year for paid time off.







Responsibilities:



Serve as main point of contact with clients; manage account deliverables on a day-to-day basis, provide strategic counsel to clients on marketing and public relations initiatives, and build client relationships
Develop press releases, feature articles, and case histories (mostly of technical nature) to convey the business value of clients’ technologies and service offerings
Cultivate relationships with the media and manage media relations efforts to generate targeted publicity in global print and online trade and business media.
Requirements:



University degree in business, marketing, or mass communications with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in an agency or corporate setting
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
A confident presence and business style in order to communicate effectively with all levels in client’s organization, including senior management / C-level executives
